RESEARCH ON THE HEDA EXPRESSWAY (2014 -16)
PEECE has agreed to collaborate with the Jilin Transport Research Institute (JTRI) on its research on the recently constructed HeDa Expressway that runs north-south from Heilongjiang Province to Liaoning Province in the east of the province. This expressway contains a number of environmental features that has resulted in it being referred to as the Green Highway as well as trial pavement sections built into the expressway construction.
