Steve O'Rourke is the director of
Constructive Solutions Pty Ltd, and has over 20 years experience in
feasibility studies, design, construction and project management of
infrastructure projects, and a wide experience in Business Planning and
organisational review.
Steve is a Fellow of Engineers Australia (NPER) a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland and a Registered Value Management Practitioner with the Institute of Value Management Australia. He is a Qualified External and Internal Auditor of Quality Systems to ISO 9000 and has worked within a Quality environment for many years. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration.
Prior to
establishing Constructive Solutions, Steve worked for the Roads and Traffic
Authority / DMR for 17 years and in this time worked in a variety of roles
throughout the State, including Senior Project Manager, where he was responsible
for the design, development and implementation of all major road and bridge
projects in the New England, North West and Upper Hunter Regions of NSW.
Constructive Solutions is a
multi
disciplinary consulting firm based in Tamworth, with offices in Guyra and
Federal. It carries out a variety
of works including the project management of infrastructure projects,
environmental management, community education campaigns, community consultation
and group facilitation.
Constructive Solutions staff includes Civil
and Environmental Engineers and Environmental Scientists with many years of
experience in their fields, ranging from civil construction to community
education. They have completed projects across Australia and their clients
include State and Local Government organisations, national consultants and other
private sector companies. |
