PHIL HAWLEY

Ph 0419 460 310 Phil Hawley is a director of PEECE, having worked as an engineer in local government for several NSW councils over a period of 30 years prior to commencing consulting practice in 1999. Phil has a broad engineering background, including design, construction and maintenance of roads, bridges, buildings and other community infrastructure. He also introduced quality assurance into local government in NSW and has experience as a quality auditor. He has developed quality, environmental and OH&S management systems as well as having a strong track record in contract development, contract management, contract administration, project management and business analysis and planning. During his local government career, Phil had a particular interest in environmental management and sustainability, and gained skills that he has continued to use and develop during his consulting career. Briefs in relation to sustainability now form the bulk of Phil’s consultancy work. These are skills that Phil utilises to the client’s benefit in delivering PEECE projects. |
